Kai’s Expedite JA provides air freight, sea freight, package forwarding, personal shopping assistance, pickup and delivery, and related logistics services.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate shipping information
Ensuring items shipped are legal and permitted
Paying all shipping, customs, and delivery fees on time
Using the correct assigned mailbox number
3. Prohibited Items
We do not accept or transport illegal, hazardous, restricted, or prohibited items including but not limited to:
Weapons or firearms
Illegal drugs
Explosives
Flammable materials
Counterfeit goods
Kai’s Expedite JA reserves the right to refuse any shipment.
4. Shipping & Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, airline/shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we handle packages with care, Kai’s Expedite JA is not responsible for:
Improper packaging by suppliers
Manufacturer defects
Delays caused by third parties
Packages lost due to incorrect customer information
Claims for damaged or missing packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
6. Fees & Payments
All shipping, storage, customs, and delivery fees must be paid before packages are released unless otherwise agreed.
Additional charges may apply for oversized, overweight, or special handling items.
7. Storage
Packages left uncollected for extended periods may incur storage fees.
8. Privacy
Customer information is kept confidential and used only for shipping, communication, and business operations.
9. Changes to Terms
Kai’s Expedite JA reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
